Redesign Site with Drupal

We have a website [login to view URL] that is supposed to be the Arabic version of ipaidabribe.com. Website Requirement • Translate the site completely to be in Arabic Language. • Redesign the theme, colors and photo to make them more appealing to the Arabic culture • suggest 2-3 Layout • Amend some of the website functionaries that is already applied in the template • Create logo for the site • Enable HTTPS for all site content • Visitors should be able to post reports on Bribe based on their experiences, along with posting a Bribe Report, the Website should also allow to read that report that posted under its categories, based on City, Department, a range of Bribe Amount etc., comment and react on the reports. •The Website should also provide Polls, which updated regularly for the visitors to express their opinion on some of the current issues/events. • Visitors should be able to register by his account in Twetter, Facebook or by create new individual account General Requirement • You need to be an expert in Drupal • You need to sign NDA for confidentiality of the work Note: Arabic text will be provided Access to template of the website will be provided in private message SSL Certificate will be provided Please submit your proposal showing your relevant experience.
