Online Media Agency Website Development

Background: I have been working for a few years managing and designing websites and helping organisations to develop their social media presence. My focus has been on the non-profit sector. I have received a number of awards and my business network has grown to a stage where I can now begin to recruit some staff and I need to build a website for my business. I want to outsource any future web and app development to free up my time to take on more clients. I see this website development project as a good opportunity to try and find a good web developer and designer to outsource business to in the future. I have signed a nondisclosure agreement with all of my clients to date so I will not be able to show my work in a portfolio. This has been an unexpected problem but I will have a number of new clients that I will be able to display on the website within a few months of launching the website. The last thing I want is Google picking up content on the website as copied content and losing some organic ranking. I also do not want that company coming to me and saying I copied them. Another nice website is: www(dot)explanimate(dot)com(dot)au Requirements: You will need to provide me with a rough wireframe and timeline before I can accept your tender. You will need to be available for Skype calls and be fully fluent in the English language. You will need to be creative, motivated and able to work with minimal instruction. I will want someone in the future that I can explain a problem and then you can come back to me with a solution. You will need to set out clear milestones and to be able to meet all of the milestones that you set out from the start. All work will need to remain confidential. You will need to develop the website using one of the more popular CMS’s like Wordpress, Joomla etc. I don’t want a custom built site as I would like to implement plugins at a later stage. You will need to design all graphical images and elements including the logo. You will need to help me develop copy for the website. You will need to be able to design storyboard style images. You will need to create code that will make the last 10 seconds of the video on the home page click through to the Contact Us page or scroll to the bottom of the home page (there will be a contact us form here as well). I want the video to be hosted on my server and not a video hosting website like Youtube. You will need to be fully competent with good SEO practice and techniques. You will need to be able to complete all coding and testing on my server. The website will need to have an easy to use administration end and you will need to provide a complete user manual for all functions. I have attached a rough layout of the main web pages. I will only consider developers who have a good reputation and have read my project specification in detail.
