Need to have a word press coded up from PSD. We also need the website to be responsive for mobile and tablet. This wordpress site is an addon to a current website, so the header and footer need to be the same as the current site. We can provide sample code for what we want the header and footer to look like on mobile, as we have already coded it up. I have three PSD's, however more work will have to be done so there is more than just the initial work. A lot of the elements in the PSD need to be turned into active wordpress elements, and we need the social sharing elements to be working too. As part of this project, we want someone who can install it, and setup the wordpress site for us. We also want blog pages to have the [login to view URL] comment module installed.
