Installation and configurationof OS software on shared host server

To install this software onto my hosting site and get it working. it is open source software and for what i can recognise the host has all the requirements for this software to run. however i have had no success getting it to work or install. help with this would be greatly appreciated. this is the softwear osdate . [login to view URL] also i require 2 subuser accounts /passwords to be set up for logins there are 10 domains to be transfered/redirected to this hosting site . I am looking to host 10 web sites(databased)on the one hosting site. so i also require theses spaces to be set up on a shared server. [login to view URL] 5 basic email accounts for each domain name.
