Designing a very modern and unique Travel & Tourism Website

I want to hire a very skilled website designer who can design a revolutionary, very modern and exciting looking Travel & Tourism website for a specific country. A website so amazing looking that visitors to the website will want to explore it further. A website so modern and professional looking that businesses would automatically want to sign up with us and join it. This will be a website for travelers to register and be able to plan their trip, book online services (such as hotels, car rentals, dinner reservations, food delivery), review businesses, and also upload their trip photos. A major part of this website is that this website will also allow businesses (e.g. Accommodations, Hotels, Villas, Guests Houses, Rentals, Tour Operators and Agencies, Transportation Services and Agencies, Car Rentals, Taxi Services, Flights, Restaurants and Dining Businesses, Health and Spa Services, Other Services, Tourism Activities and Sightseeing Businesses, or any other Indonesian Business) --> this website will allow these businesses to sign-up with us, submit their business photos, contact information, business description, special features, special packages, prices and price ranges. This Travel & Tourism website is unique in that it allows all these above-mentioned businesses who sign up with us (which is FREE) to also purchase one of our many marketing services (which I will go into detail with the designer). We have to make sure that the businesses who visit our website really love everything about it and feel the need to sign up with us. We need multiple places for banner advertisements on our website to allow businesses to purchase spaces on our banners to advertise their business. Since these banners will be "purchased" by businesses to advertise in, we need to be creative and appealing here. The more the merrier, but at the same time it can't be too many to make the website look overloaded. There needs to be a modern trip planner/organizer in which travelers can "add" the service or business into the trip planner and organize it. Let's be creative here too. We need to design a logo along with an avatar that matches the theme of the website. There will also be an automatically updated weather box for Indonesia that has rotating weather reports for different cities in Indonesia. I need to set up a section for Flip-E-Magazines. Design has to be modern and amazing. The designer will also need to come up with a few different and amazing designs for email promotions that our company can send out to businesses to sign up with us. These promotions also need to have that "WOW" factor that makes businesses WANT to sign up with us. I need high quality SEO for the website. Many more things and additions to the website. There are many aspects of the website that require creativity and updating and thinking outside the box, and I need the designer to be pro-active. I need a easy to use CMS (for editing, changing, and managing content). I need daily updates and progress (preferably multiple times a day). I need this project completed efficiently, amazingly, and quick. I am on a very tight budget and short time frame. But I need a very professional, very modern, very fun, and easy to use website. Full payment will be made to the designer once the website is completed and I am fully satisfied. The designer will also be rehired for my next project if I am satisfied!
