File and Folder Locking Program

I want a clone of the software "Hide Folder" downloadable at [login to view URL] Download the demo. Hide Folder works flawlessly on Windows 2000/NT/XP platforms, but I want a file security program that will work on all windows platforms (including all 9x and NT version) and on all types of disk drives like FAT, FAT32, NTFS etc. See the features pages of hide folder, to see what it can do. I want all these features in my code. If you already have got "Hide Folder" and you've created it yourself, then let me know if you want to sell the code to me. I've seen all the codes at the planetsourcecode, none of them is worth copying, because they are using simple ways to lock files i.e by making the folder a system folder or by moving it to recycled folder etc., but this software locks files using either system kernel or something else. I want to have the same method implemented in my code. Also let me know what kind of technology are they using to lock the files. Please note that this software has to be made purely in Visual Basic 6.0, but I can allow .dll or .ocx files made in VC or delphi or any other language that I can use in the Visual Basic 6.0 project, but the main idea is that the whole code and its functionality should be editable in the Visual Basic 6.0 and do not use any other langauge for the main code but just .dll or .ocx files if needed. All I want a professionally designed code with very good GUI, just like "Hide Folder". Also note that it should be fully functional on all windows platforms i.e Windows 95/98/ME/2000/NT/XP without any error or limitations and on all disk drives as mentioned above. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. 4) Help files and documentation etc. ## Platform Windows 95/98/Me/NT/2000/XP
