Film Analysis

**If you haven't seen the movie "The Third Man" from 1949 by Carol Reed, Graham Greene and Orson Welles -- this is the perfect opportunity to get paid to watch it!** I need a deep analysis on "The Third Man". One of the aspects that make "The Third Man" a unique film, is it’s stylistic and visual perfection and particularly the tilted camera angles (see for instance the 10 degree tilting on the frame above). The question I want to answer is this: What function do the tilted camera angles have on the film; it’s narration, aesthetics, suspense, characters, love story, ethics, and so on. To do this you will need to watch the movie at least three times, preferably more. I will then assist you by discussing the movie with you. I can also provide you with some screenshots from important frames in the movie if needed. What I need is a good and thourough analysis -- NOT a complete paper. You do not have to spend time on perfect spelling or great sentences. I appreciate if you have taken courses in film studies, aestetics or similar. It could also be an advantage if you have specific knowledge about post-war Wienna or if you simply are a fan of Graham Greene or film noir ;) ## Deliverables Text.
