Write some Software

I need someone to work with me, in a software registry cleaner to boost my PC.. I want to be able to translate the interface into other languages like French or Spanish. (Would need all source code + rights) -"Free Trial" download feature which allows the customer to perform a "free scan" of their system before purchasing. - Server based update if possible - Communicates to a portal for licenses to continue using - Build portal/website for download, billing/recurring billing, merchant processing and admin interface to manage of licenses/ updates - admin interfaces for managing licenses -We need software + Source code+ Key generator which can generate license key online. We need this application to: 1. Boost PC Speed 2. Clean Junk Files 3. Cleans temporary files. 4. Cleans Registry 5. Defragment option 6. Software Should have three tabs for System Junk cleaner and System Reg Cleaner. and Help tab. If any is capable of doing this job, please submit a proposal and job length of completion.
