Webcam video editing software project

My name is Nancy, and I am a senior nurse who is looking for someone to help me design a webcam video software program specifically for me to help people who need a webcam to assist them in viewing parts of their body, that need to be examined on a regular basis. I see the webcam as being able to do this, if only I can create my own private labeled software with drivers that will operate a webcam. The software must be able to capture, record, and save the video, as well as take photographs, and/or save, and/or print them. The software must be able to adjust zoom features when desired. My design needs are for the webcam software to provide: HD VIDEO CALLS: Will need to enable HD 720p video calling on most major instant messaging applications HD VIEWING: Will need to be able to view video in 1080p SNAPSHOTS: Will need to be able to take high-resolution snapshots BUILT-IN MIC: Will need to enable microphone communications, perhaps which has some type of "Cancel-out Noise" technology SOME TYPE OF RIGHT-LIGHT TECHNOLOGY: Will provide that even if video calls are made in dim or poorly backlit settings, the webcam will intelligently adjust to produce the best possible images/video VIDEO HD SOFTWARE: Will need to allow user to quickly and easily make free video calls to others WEBCAM/VIDEO EDITING FEATURES: Will need to enable user to organize and edit photos and video MY BRAND ON THE DASHBOARD: Will need to display my brand on the dashboard through which the video is viewed. PROPRIETARY BRANDING: Will need to brand, label, and package software under my brand I need a disk that will contains the drivers and software that will enable a patient to download the software into their desktop or laptop and view close-up video, and even print a photograph, or connect to share the video with a doctor or other professional. What they will see when turning on their webcam is a dashboard with my brand on it, and then they will be able to view, zoom in, save the video, or email a photograph.
