I need a MySQL database created for a TDS rotator script

I've got a rotator script on one domain. I send visitors to that domain and in turn they are distributed to a list of urls on that server. However I've noticed that each ip is starting at the top of the list of urls. I want each ip/visitor to be sent to each url in a descending fashion. Visitor A will visit url 1. visitor B will visit url 2. Visitor C will visit url 3. The goal is to have each visitor never visit the same url as another visitor, but only to continue down the list. And if they reach the bottom of the list, just start over from the top, 1, 2, 3.. On going support is always appreaciated, as I install, test, sometimes things need tweaking or advice. A good MySQL prgrammer should be able to fulfill this.
