Need to integrate two websites (Joomla & non-Joomla)

Hello, I have two websites, both on the same domain. One is completely joomla based and the other is built on Joomla framework, but has a slightly different admin, so the changes with that one would have to be through the html/css code. Both can be changed through the C panel. What I need is to take the profile, and a few other member functions of the non-joomla site and make it work with my Joomla based site. I can give more info and details through the PMB. This should be a fairly simple project for an experienced programmer with some copy and paste and some tweaking. My budget is $200. I will put $50 down and then deposit the remainder according to progress made. Please only bid if you understand what I am looking for. Thanks.
