72321 HYIP/Shares script

I need a hyip script which can do the following things: 1. It will be a share based system whereby members can buy and sell shares. Members can buy fractions of shares too, ie. 43.3454 shares. 2. The admin can set the price of the shares and the number of shares that are available in the system. The price of the shares can be set to 2 decimal places, ie. $23.54 per share. 3. Only the admin can send new shares to members accounts (ie. new members). The admin should have a page within his admin panel where he can see how many shares he has in the system, and how many he currently owns as the admin. He can then send any amount of shares to any user account through the admin panel. 4. The admin should be able to enter a percentage figure in the admin area which should be charged on all internal transfers. The fee deducted from the transfer should be credited to the admin account. 5. The members are able to do internal transfers with each other by entering the ID of the member they want to send the shares to, the amount of shares that they want to send and their own password. Before sending the shares, they should be taken to a confirmation page which displays the member ID of the person they are sending the shares to, the amount of shares they are sending, the value of the amount of shares that they are sending, the value of the admin fee on the transaction, and a confimation button. 6. At the end of each day an email in text or CSV format should be sent to the admin listing all the internal transfers that were made throughout the day, the value of the internal transfers, and the total value of fees charged. 7. It will need a sign-up form for the members which emails them to confirm all their details 8. The admin should have the ability to send out a mass-email to the members 9. A graph or chart should be plotted on a daily basis showing the value of a single share since the program started 10. No payment processor will be required as everything will be done through internal transfers. 11. A domain and template have been purchased, so no real webdesign is needed, just integration of the script with the template. Further details can be given via PMB.
