Hi, i would like a site similar to that of the following:

I would like a simpler version of a network that has the basic features of these sites built out of an open source script known as drupal:[url removed, login to view]

A MUST: Sorry, but you must be a superb expert with drupal, you have to know it inside out :). If you do, it will make the project easier for the both of us. No pligg, pligg is still beta and a young software, drupal is much more stable and has a big supportive community and is easy to customize which is exactly what i need.
What needs to be done
-Basic homepage that looks similar to that of digg and propeller. programmer will not have to make images, but needs to know css so that they can tweak images within the script. Homepage will have a header broken into categories along with a footer. Links with be of that of pages.
-Users can submit and vote on stories.
-Users can register in the network, activate their account, and participate. Must have a valid email.
- Admin can message all users.
-Adsense can be integrated within the template and script easily.
- Stories will be on the front page for maximum of 24 hours, and the stories that gets the most votes within the shortest time period will get in the front page.
- Individuals within the community can add other users as friends.
-Admin and moderators can delete stories and cancel accounts.
- Users can sink stories, or negatively vote them down.
- Users can customize their account and message other members.
Project Budget is $150 USD. project must be completed within 7 days max, with prompt communication.
Before you bid: Please tell me if you are an expert in drupal and that you understand the project requirements fully.
