Sync data across social networks

Looking for coder to write PHP that will upload user avatars and bios across various social networks, using APIs when possible and simulating a browser session when no API is available. The functions should perform the proper validations / conversions to meet the specifications of each website (for example: bio length, avatar image size, etc.)

Additionally there should be functions that will grab / display the existing avatars and bios.
