I have several contracts that are in pdf format with fillable fields that my clients use, but unfortunatly if they do not have adobe acrobat professional 7.0 they can't save these files. This is what I want:
I want take the contracts that I have and create html files. For the fillable fields, I will replace with textboxes. (I will do this part).
I will put this on my intranet and when my clients pull up this html web page, they will insert their text into the textboxes. At the bottom of the page there will be a button (submit or something) that when they select this, everything that is within the body tag () will be converted to a pdf on the fly. This will include the static text that I've written to the html and the text inputed in the textboxes. The pdf file will not be fillable and should be able to be saved using standard adobe reader. I will reuse this for all my contracts and forms and will insert as many textboxes as needed for input items.
Please provide a sample of text and textboxes for input as an html web page that converts to pdf for me to see.
This can be written in perl/cgi, php or java. No asp or .NET as I'm working with open source.
Attached you'll find a sample pdf contract and the html version that I will use. This html file should be converted to a pdf dynamically.

## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

I just added a sample pdf contract that I will convert into html. This html is what I need to be converted to pdf after the user enters their information. Please let me know if you can do this.
