PHP Script Layout Redesign and Upgrades

Existing **Expired Domain Finder Script** needs to be modified in layout/design and to have 3 new tools/features implemented. **Layout design: **-Needs to be elegant and easy to navigate, entire script should be framed within a box. Both, user's and admin area. -A header box/window for easy update of logo and a 468x60 banner or picture. -A left column box/table with a dynamic navigation menu. -Footer box for copyright and contact information. **Features to be modified or to be added from scratched: ** -**Monitor Domains** - Feature already in place, only needs a new column to be added '**Register**' and to be redirected to a specified Domain Registrar to purchase such domain. -**Find Expire Domains** - Also an existing feature, it needs to be able to search expired domains within the following time frames: Last 90 Days, Last 60 Days, Last 30 Days, Last 15 Days, Last 7 Days, Last 24 Hrs. Some of these time frames are already functioning. -**Domains Soon To Expire** - _NEW feature needed_. Ability to find domains containing specified keywords and soon to expire within time frame selected. -**Domain Wizard** - _NEW feature needed_. Ability to find available domains, based on keywords entered. -**Domain Ranking** - _NEW feature needed_. Ability to find out how well a domain is positioned in Yahoo, Dmoz, MSN and Google search engines and directories. New features need to also be contemplated on the admin area to be made available for membership plans desired. Upon acceptance of your bid. Coder needs to be available through msn messenger on a daily basis to discuss the project in more detail. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
