In order to install AVS (video hosting script) I would like to get installed on my dedicated server running on Ubuntu 12.04.
PHP CLI 5.x (see above + register_argc_argv ON)
Mencoder 1.0rc1 or better (support for jpeg, gif, png, freetype, h264, lame, xvid, mad, win32codecs, dv, 3gp, mp4, theora)
Mplayer 1.0rc1 or better
FFmpeg (from SVN) (support for jpeg, gif, png, freetype, h264, lame, xvid, mad, win32codecs, dv, 3gp, mp4, theora)
Flvtool2 or Yamdi (yamdi recommended)
MediaInfo
Extra Requirements for HD (H.264) Video Conversion
x264 Library for Mencoder
GPAC MP4Box
neroAacEnc
Additional codecs required for some rare video formats ([login to view URL])

My server already have nginx, php (php-fpm), mysql, installed.

Let me install this for you.
It's really simple. Just provide me the SSH Credentials to access as root your server and I can do this for you.
If you see my previous reviews, you will notice that this is exactly what I do. I previously fixed a problem with Zabbix and Debian.
This is really simple if it's done in the right order and paying attention to the details, but if the installation order of the components is wrong, you will get too many problems with the script and the server performance.
I can not only install the components and the script for you, but I can also work for you part time to maintain the server for performance and security.
