This is a simple web site which will be added to during later phases. The initial site must have a professional feel and is as follows.
Home page: basic Information: - about us, contact us, usage policy, login, search (keyed to a specific DB value) when matched a wav / wavs will be presented so that the user can listen to a wav at a time.
Login screen: create new account, lost password/uname. (New accounts require a payment at £X) maybe shark?
Member home page: edit details, search DB, logout. This page will be built dynamically from mysql DB
The member page/home needs to show rows from the users account table, each row contains date, time and a wave file. At the end of each row there needs to be a "respond" icon which allows the member to add a textual entry into the DB for the associated row (pop-up window?)
Constraints: members can only add responses to there own allocated wav files.
The host OS is FreeBSD running apache, php and mysql.

## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
