Our business is seeking a Web Graphic Designer to work closely with us in offering webdesign, ecomerce, seo services in the Sheffield area of the UK. The work would involve mainly designing building brochure style websites and occasionally ecommerce websites. We would look to submit to you as detailed technical / design brief as possible and would include 1. Existing Company Branding images 2. Keyword Strategy 3. Initial Design Idea (s) 4. Page Layout Idea (s) 5. Competition Marketing Analysis In turn we would expect: 1. A professional well designed / clean coded website 2. The website optimised fully for SEO 3. Work to agreed timescales 4. Implementation of SEO Strategy 5. All images used to be copyrighted Ideally we are looking for someone who has the following skills: PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, AJAX, XML, xHTML, CSS SEO Expert Communicate Well Work to Deadlines Experience of implementing Horde Initially we are looking for someone to undertake the following for two separate company websites:- Design / Build basic 5 page Websites - With Enquiry Form For both we would provide: A detailed technical / design brief Website to be Designed in PHP Both with Horde Email Facilities SEO Optimised To re-iterate we are looking for someone we can work closely with for the long term as our company will be offering web services in Sheffield / Yorkshire area of the UK and all web services work we get will be outsourced. ## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
