Jomsocial and Business Directory

Looking to build a site for 4WD enthusiasts to socialise, like facebook ability to have an activity stream, upload photos, link to other enthusiasts. Also for them to list their 4WD, with Specs and photos (I will provide the fields for the specs, but assume there are 10) Also list a recommended 4WD holiday or track, with details of the track, photos, and google maps integration with start and end point of journey, as well as other points of interest on the route. (assume minimum 2 points to map and route on a google map shown on the listing, with about 6 other fields such as State, Nearest town, level of difficulty, recommended length of time to complete etc) Also a business directory.(standard business directory details) The car listings should link back to their social profile. The Holidays/tours should be linked back to the social profile Companies that list in the Business Directory should not need a "Social User" Profile The users social profile should have a link to any Cars or Holiday/Track that a user has submitted. The reason I list Joomla as a requirement is that doing this would be fast to put together in Joomla/Jomsocial/Sobi, as Jomsocial already looks after the social part, and multiple Sobi installations could handle the car listings, holiday/track listings, and business directory.... but I am open to suggestions for something similar with some of the features, being built using another framework for example. I need to come in at a very low budget, so building on Joomla will make sense, but long term may not be the best option, so please include suggestions.
