We are looking for a PHP, Java or .NET developer with proven experience in building applications using SOAP webservices. The project will take approximately 20 man days to complete. Your bid should contain an hourly rate and project references. Budget and planning will be finalized after agreement is reached on the exact scope of the project. In short the objective of this project is to retrieve information (basic people profiles) from an external database ([login to view URL]) through a SOAP webservice (documentation attached). This data has to be stored in a local database. A web based search and directory functionality has to be build on top of that, and each entry (a profile) in the database has a web page with a static URL on which all information available is published.

hello i have understood the requirement as i have done this type of work several times threw the XMLHTTP request object .i can make the db for u with in 2-3 days but u should have ip authentication from the site provided.i have worked over AJAX,SOAP-Request,Response,webservice, and XMLDOM and parsing of XML .i will charge $1300 for the complete project but on hourly rate is $50. pls message me for deatil.

I can do this using PHP. I can extract all the information from the website through the SOAP webservice and store it to database and provide a directory functionality for the data.
