Few changes in Web

I need to make some changes in a web that is already done. It is just an osdate site: To include a flash chat (anyone free) To include a chat with webcam (anyone free) To include a sms paying system in some areas of the site. Also it would be necessary: In the spanish part of the site appears many words in english, so I need that the webmaster send to me a list of all the words that still appears in english for translating and, later on add correctly to the spanish part. I would make this site only for sex contacts so pics must be changed for other ones. If the webmaster speaks spanish much better for me to take a quick decision. Also a Seo expert will be very wellcome go give an assestment. The person who can do this job can do some other works for me. Il will give details of the site to the webmasters interested to do this work. Experience and references will be necessary. Good price will be an open door to get more projects.
