I need someone competant in Flex (or Flash Builder) and who knows enough php/mysql to create an audio server on the web.
The protocol we would use is RTMFP, which now allows for multicasts with Flash Player 10.1 (many people talking at the same time, in one channel for example).

Here are the features explained :
People come on the website, say :

On this website, at the middle of the screen, there is a small box (the flash application) with 2 input field and 2 buttons
- Channel name : (input field)
- Nickname: (input field)
- Create | Join (the buttons)
If someone writes a channel name and clicks create, he created the channel if it didn't already exist.
Other people can now enter his channel name and press join and would enter his channel.
The one who created the channel would be at the top, the next people who join the channel would be under him. The nicknames are simply displayed.
When joining the channel, people are immediately able to talk together using their microphones.
At the left of every people's nickname would be a little red speaker icon that when someone talks, it becomes green. If you press on it, a red bar is on it and you cannot hear this person anymore, he is squelched. This person cannot hear you anymore too.
There would be also a button where people can 'Squelch' everybody at the same time.
On the right of the application, I need a simple chat application where everyone in the channel can global chat.
This can simply be php + mysql.
Into the channel, the one who created the channel should also be able to create channel categories.
So there would be the default General channel name, and the categories if there are. Anybody can go in another category, you only hear the people in your channel category.
The 'Global chat' is for all the people in the same category.
The audio codec we can use is Speex.
