Flight School Web site with basic ecommerce

Hi my name is Gordon, and I am the owner of Sky Sports Pty Ltd which is a flight school and I require a new web site that is: clean visually appealing quick to load supports streaming videos has a basic ecommerce module / shopping cart that I can easily administer and takes credit card payments via a cost effective and reliable mechanism. My flight school sells the following types of products: Flight Training Aircraft Aircraft and Pilot accessories eg books, maps, parts, etc A basic web site that I do like in my industry is [[login to view URL]][1] You can choose either Windows or Linux hosting with my existing host but please send reference sites as detailed in the deliverables section. Once I have assessed all bidders based on their responses to my specific criteria and reference sites I will select based on previous ability and communication skills. I will then send links to my existing site (which is not pretty) and additional information as required. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional (ie no script or engine errors) working website in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. This includes specifically the following objectives: A new website that is visually appealing, clean, efficient to load and has the following features: Embedded online shopping cart which is easy to administer (self maintain) and use (from a customers perspective) - I will pay for software as required - whatever you suggest. The site will need to be able to take credit card payments and has to look like its part of our site if possible. I dont mind paypal as long as redirections are kept looking like they are on our site. The shopping cart software must make it easy to update price lists. I would prefer that the shopping cart integrates with leading accounts packages such as MYOB and Quickbooks or at very least I can easily export a list of all transactions. Easily Embedded streaming videos similiar to the site [[login to view URL]][1] - I will pay for any licences for this software. Integrated basic traffic stats. I currently use a free traffic stat tool however am open to suggestions for commercial products if cost effective. Simple Links to our current webcams (x4) and weather station. And of course I include the standard following legal jargon as recommended by rentacoder to protect us both. a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. Must work with IE 6.0 and 7.0 and Mozilla in 1024x768 up to SXGA. Dont mind if you use a combination of HTML, Asp and flash, (or your preference) however site must load with only common plugins such as flash player. Would prefer NO Java. Site must also support pdf documents being downloaded from a file area (basic)
