Website Development

Project overview: This project is for the development of www.pettusop.com. Use username: demo password: demo to see our current online solutions. Currently we have a backend system called DDMS. www.ddms.com. It is run off .dbf files. Our web software was developed by www.opsoftware.com. It is called eSERV. It is run on access databases, and the website is run off of ASP. Eserv has a tool called DB2 that extracts the data from DDMS, and puts it into access. What we want to do: We would like someone to design our website, as well as make a scheduler tool that will convert our DDMS data over to the oscommerce databases. Please message me with questions, or if you would like to know more about the project. eric@[login to view URL] I am attaching a list of some of the specs I am looking for. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). The software must be in an installation package that will deploy the website software onto the machine. The software must be packaged with a standard template design, and not the final design that you will be designing for our company. ## Platform Windows 2000, windows 2003. Firefox, IE 6+
