Vbulletin Sticky Hack

I have a website that uses vbulletin 3.5.4. I have written alot of articles. Therefore, I want is to be able to create sticky posts that are displayed in any order I choose. Currently stickies are only displayed so that the **_most recent post_** are displayed first. I want to be able to have most recent posts made last and I want to be able to change the order of sticky posts if I want to. I also want non sticky posts that are in the same forum to be left to function **in the _last post is first order_.** Non sticky posts will function the way vbulletin has intended Some of my stickie posts will be articles and some will not. Currently vbulletin 3.5.4 allows the admin to change **sticky titles** so that when a sticky is created the post looks like this: **Sticky**: How do I follow these rules... but you can change the "phrase set" and make the sticky title look like this **Article:** How do I follow these rules.... therefore I want to be able to change the type of stickeis that I have in the same forum Sometimes I may want one thead to be a sticky like this **Sticky:**Blah Blah Blah and in the same forum I may want to have a different type of sticky like this **Article:** Blah Blah Blah **Interview:** Blah Blah Blah and remember that I also want to be able to control the order of the sticky threads that I create with sticky type functions Can this be done? i also want the hack to be installed on my website and have an explanation how how to admin ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
