Mail Engine with stats/reporting

| **I have clients requesting an online email engine where they can login, upload their optin lists and send out their newsletters. They require stats/scalability and the right price. - Should be written in LAMP (linux/apache/MySql/PHP) - Should be scalable (send up to 4-500.000/mails/hour) - Should be reselleble, with individual users that has individual logins, and access to individual accounts with individual features (like max numbers of list, max sendouts/hour etc) - Should be able to handle bouncebacks, i.e. deleting them from the DB according to the business rules you setup in the admin (like, 3xBounce=deletion) - Should be incl. advanced graphic statistics/reports that will tell you openrate, clickrate, bouncebacks, conversion (mail->sale (with tags on site) - Should be total rebrandable/templatebased on the frontend - Should be able to handle up to 2M of contacts in one sendout - Should be able to incl. dynamic images/txts based on the profile of the contact (like demographics, interests, preferences etc). This should be a hosted solution, and a nice thing to incl. would be the ability to pay via creditcard (2checkout) or even paypal. thanks** | ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
