Disable file download security warning

I use web browser in my program to open web pages. The program will stop when some links try to open an unknown file. A sample link is <[login to view URL]>. Can someone tell me how to programatically disable this "do you want to save this file?" file download security warnning, or click the "Cancel" button automatically? I can use both TWebBrowser and TEmbeddedWb.
