Move Established Web Site to new Hosting and Development Environment

We want to replace our current developers and their hosting environment. 1) Establish a development environment which duplicates our existing website: Cold Fusion, Microsoft SQL Server on a new host. 2) Provide / advise tools needed for us to upload & download data from the database and revised files via FTP or sql enterprise manager 3) Create / document process to move site from the development environment to another new live hosted site. If this project goes well, we would look to you for future projects which would include search engine optimization, site redesign, advertising tracking, technology issues... Please provide a resume, a perspective on your abilities for (project management, web design e-commerce site development) , an indication of the cost of doing items 1 - 3, and how you would work with us on an ongoing basis as we define new incremental projects. ## Deliverables 1) Complete the fully-functional development website, and a duplicate "production" site. 2) Provide the script or procedures so buyer has the ability to update the "production" site from the development environment. 3) Methods to allow a smart, but not particularly technical person to upload & download data & files. (ie, able to edit tables in MS access, and do simple queries, but not macro programming. Able to edit basic HTML, and understand existing Code when explained. Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. (Buyer has not set up an alternative hosting sites, and will take suggestions about the best hosting options from your point of view.) 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform The current site is run using coldfusion pulling data from MS SQL server, I believe it is CF6, but it may be 5. (The site is about 12 months old). We have access to the existing site via FTP and MS enterprise server. We would like to be able to do minor work on the site, remotely, so we will need to know what tools we will need at our offices for such maintenance. We have MS Access.
