Looking for a development team

Hi I have been working on Rentacoder for over two years now and have finished over 100 projects. I have one specific team which I usually do business with however they are slightly overburdened with the amount of work, so I am looking for another team. I have got a small research project that I would like to get a team to complete to do with the google map API. I would imagine this being a roughly a 5 hour project. Anyway please reply to this quote if you are: 1. A team of developers with a someone running the team (no companies less than 3 people) 2. Have some skilled developers (Jobs that I often need done are in AJAX, PHP, ASP, .NET and any skill at design and flash is useful) 3. You have very good communication, messager / phone number / email (Know English well and have a good response time) I work in GMT you would need to be contactable in this time period.. 4. Have a good History on RAC. 5. Looking to build a ongoing working relationship. Please bid on the job above 5 hours researching on Google Maps API. I am being vague here because I am looking for a team that can take on different types of work and not just someone who knows how to do this one project. Please give me a detailed reply along with details of your company and links to any portfolio you may have. Please mention how much you would be expecting for a ongoing hourly payment. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
