E-commerce website

Dear Sir/Madam, I am currently looking for someone to do an e-commerce project, whereby a website will be created for a record company which will be a back-end database connected to an e-commerce website. I will be working from an already existing past project report (I have uploaded a small sample of the project which we’ll be working with.. instead of a mobile phone shop, it will be a record shop instead), which I will send to the selected coder once an agreement has been settled. The aim is for me and the coder to work side by side online to make the prototype e-commerce site coincide with the past project report, with slightly updated requirements. I will be doing the report, while the coder does the website, diagrams, design methods, and filling the gaps. ## Deliverables **-** ASP will be used to create the site **-** MS Access 2003 will be my choice of database used for this project - IIS will be used to create the system - The system should have an administrator back-end, so that pictures and prices can be modified, sections added and removed etc. it should be simple. - The past project write-up that will be supplied has design concepts and coding that must be modified to match your code and design (database design, normalisation, and diagrams) - It is essential that the website is advertised properly and various techniques must be investigated and compared. E.g. ensure that the website is registered with well known search engines and stated in the report (also ways of elevating within search engines must be investigated, along with guerrilla marketing techniques). - A few UML diagrams and other such diagrams are needed to coincide with the project write-up - While the coder will be working on the design section, the website and database, and diagrams, I will be working alongside him writing up the report to match his work, using the past project -A marking criteria will be supplied, so that the coder knows how the work is marked - It should be completed within 5 weeks, to allow time to incorporate the website into the report - Work should be sent to me as it is being updated constantly, on a regular basis so that I may resume the project write-up as the coder is programming ## Platform Windows XP Pro, Internet Explorer 6, IIS, ASP, Access 2003
