Bug Fixes for a Membership Based Real Estate Website

Our website [[login to view URL]][1] is a real estate website that is already designed and 95% working.? Although the website is live, there are several issues that need to be fixed so that it works properly.? Unfortunately, the original programmer is not going to be able to finish the project.? ? ? Our website is a real estate listing website. It sells memberships to buyers, sellers and real estate professionals to have access to the listings and each other.? The focus of the website is to offer members the ability to list a single property or many properties at a time(depending on membership), be contacted, view their control panel to keep track of their listings, view prospective buyer’s questions and information, advertise properties and let them edit their account information, ie. Email address, phone number, upgrade or downgrade their membership, etc.? There are several programming fixes needed including:? Frontend, Backend (CMS), and Website.? Not all fixes are listed below, but the these are the major bugs and the ones needing attention ASAP.? Shopping Cart: After a visitor chooses a membership plan and checks out, it brings up a receipt page.? a.? ? ? ? The receipt needs to automatically be emailed to the email address entered in the checkout process. b.? ? ? ? There is a download receipt link.? When clicked, needs to bring up in pdf. c.? ? ? ? There is a “Setup Account?? button at the bottom of the receipt that you click on and lets you setup your account. This is the next step, but is not working.? The page was designed and will be supplied, but needs to be linked to that button and when submitted, it needs to setup their account and give them instant access to their control panel (also designed already and 90 % working) d.? ? ? ? Add Promotional Code Function to shopping cart e.? ? ? ? Fix code in shopping cart so the email address is transferred to PayPal merchant account with payment ? 2.? ? ? ? The CMS admin pages need some fields added so that everything on the frontend user control panel can be edited or changed by us (admin). 3.? ? ? ? Security Warning page pops up on several pages.? This seems as though the logo and a couple other pictures either are not in a secure folder or the links to the images are using http:// instead of https:// 4.? ? ? ? Property Details page: Map of the property address is not working. 5.? ? ? ? Newsletter (newsletter is setup, but would like more customization capability on the backend to send) 6.? ? ? ? Control Panel Issues:? Fix several control panel issues and delete some content that is not working yet. 7.? ? ? ? Fix Backend Dates Changes for seminars: (example October 2, 2009 -10/02/2009 is coming up as February 02, 2009 - 02/10/2009) 8.? ? ? ? Delete some links and content for functions not yet working. 9.? ? ? ? Finish “Recently Sold Properties?? page and implement in user control panel the ability to change the property status from Active, Sold, Pending, etc. 10.? ? Test for security issues. ? Requirements to successfully complete this project: We require focused, dedicated and experienced webmasters who will perform the job properly, test all systems, follow through and debug their work so as to deliver a bug free website and database system with a very sleek performance. 1 - Must have fluent English typing skills 2 - Must always be available on yahoo messenger 3 - Must have extensive PHP/MySQL/HTML/Javascript/AJAX/CSS/JOOMLA/DRUPAL/ASP/ASP.NET/ skills 4 - Must have e-commerce experience and knowledge of how to work with PayPal pro merchant account settings. 5 - Must be reliable- for example if you say you will deliver a solution by a certain time you must honor that. 7 - You must be able to show genuine examples of passed projects. Please do not send me examples using bogus template sites. 8 - Must be the actual programmer. I don’t want to deal with a middle man or translator. 9 - Must be completed in 10 days. 10- List similar projects that have been successfully completed. 11- Brief description of their organization, stating size and capabilities. Bid this as though it will be an ongoing business venture.? We have many more enhancements and features we want to add as soon as these bugs are fixed and the website is functioning.?
