I need a photographer to conduct a shoot of parents performing acupressure points on kids. This photoshoot will require a well-lit space, recruiting at least two models—a child under age 10 and an adult posing as the parent—and following a strict shot list of 55-60 acupressure points. You will be given detailed instructions on point locations and shot angles. I see this as mostly a photography assignment but one that requires strong project-management skills. There is some room for creativity, however, the photos will be used in an instructional acupressure manual so creative direction from me will be fairly prescriptive. The attached photo gives some indication of the shooting style I'd be looking for (not exactly, because there would be a parent/child in the shot, but stylistically). If you're a detail-oriented photographer who enjoys executing on someone else's vision, drop me a line with your portfolio and a short statement about how you'd plan to execute on this project. UK based professional commercial photographer with my own studio and access to numerous adult and child models and actors. The only time limitation is a requirement under UK law to have a local Education Authority licence for children working and this can take 14 days; hence the 21 day delivery limit. The girl at the desk, who is 6 years old, is already highly experienced in stills, video and television work ... and lives only eight miles from me. We photographers rarely get feedback on our proposals, so regardless of your initial thoughts I would very much appreciate it if you would message me to provide that feedback in person, and also to tell me if I have missed something that might affect what you actually want and the consequential fee, preferably without rejecting my proposal.
