CES 2018 Booth Photography

Magneti Marelli, a Tier 1 automotive supplier, is exhibiting at CES in Las Vegas, NV, Jan. 9-12, 2018. Our 6,000 square foot booth is offsite at the Wynn Hotel, in Latour Ballrooms 5-7. I'm looking to hire a local photographer to take pictures of our booth before the show begins (Monday, January 8) before the crowds. We’d like individual shots of each property on display encompassing our lighting, electronics and powertrain business lines. Once the show begins, we’d like action shots with our employees engaging with customers during the show. We are scheduling in-booth meetings with our customers now, and can provide more detail on the days/times that will have the most foot traffic once we get closer to the show dates. We plan to use the images from the show as reference for next year, in our internal de-briefing meeting after the event, in internal communications (newsletters for example) and even for external communications and media opportunities that might arise. I am open to either an hourly rate or fixed price for the project.
