** FreeBSD System Admin needed - Quota - small perl script mod **

LOOKING FOR A GOOD / RELIABLE FREEBSD ADMIN & PERL PROGRAMMER I am running freebsd & quotas is installed. For some reason, when my custom admin scripts attempts to change the quota for a user, it is setting a hard quota but setting 0 or none for a soft quota. I believe the script maybe using /usr/local/bin/chgquota , requota, or edquota (not sure though). I need to make sure that when a quota is modified / set, it sets the hardquota at 110% of the value given and sets the softquota to an equal value of what the admin script is given and not none or 0. This is important because my chkquota script is not noticing all of the users over their quota value because it seems to only check soft quota values which are being set to none or 0. I believe I have attached the chkquota script and the code which I am using to change quota to this bid request. I need the following: 1.) Fix my admin transaction script so that it sets a given quota value as the softquota properly (and not 0 or none) and sets the hardquota to 110% of the softquota value. 2.) Write a quick script to fix my current problem. This script should look up each user and look at the hardquota and softquota value. My guess is that the hardquota value will be a proper value and the softquota will be 0 or none. It should use the higher value and set the softquota to an equal value as what the hardquota higher value is currently set to. This way, my current chkquota script will once again work properly to check all user's current quota status. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). 4.) Coder understands and agrees that quota changes must be working on my server for this project to be considered completed.
