Looking for SMPS Power Supply Units design and prototype development of 3 different models. Model1: Input 85V - 260V AC, 50Hz and single output 12V, 5A DC. Model2: Input 85V - 260V AC, 50Hz and single output 5V, 6A DC. Model 3: Input 85V - 260V AC, 50Hz and Dual output 12V, 5A and 5V, 6A DC. The quoted price should be only for design and testing work purpose. However, the cost of prototype including component price, PCB manufacturing & enclosure manufacturing payment shall be paid by us separately as the actual value applicable. The capable experienced embedded designer as well as prototype development capable person/ team needs to apply. The scope includes electrical design and mechanical metal enclosure design, prototype of products including resourcing of raw materials. After successful completion of prototype, all the design source files (Schematic design, BOM list, Enclosure Design, Component sourcing agents contacts, enclosure manufacture contacts, if mass production agency available its contact etc.) need to handover to us.

Hello! I am very interested in participating in this project! I am an electronic engineer and I have some experience in the design of switching power supplies in buck, bust, and flayback topologies (this one is isolated from the input). I also have experience in 3d design, CAD, CAM. So making the cabinet would not be a problem. I would do the design, tests, assembly of the prototypes and measurements of these. In my portfolio I have a design for a constant current source for 7w leds. Greetings!!
