I have 10+ years experience in hardware design (schematic design, PCB design...). My develop tool is Altium Designer, CADENCE. I have designed many high speed devices in embedded system. My recent design is AM5728 Core Board. (quad-core, 1.5GHz, DDR3 4G, EMMC 32G, Gigaethernet, usb3.0,...). And another is PCIe v2.0 to 4x Ethernet (or 4x usb3.1) convertor. All design is passed in several EMC tests. I have designed MEMS tracking board, ultrasonic distance measurement and so on. My design is very stable in industrial environments. I think your design is not difficult. but the most important thing is EMI, EMC. I have been working main hardware developer in large scale industry product company.
