Odoo 11 Restaurant Purchase, Inventory, Warehouse Process Setup

I need freelancer who has experience in setting up operating Odoo 11 Inventroy system for Restaurant needs. We need someone who worked and operated in Restaurant Industry, knows needs of restaurant and had already setup Odoo inventory system with recipes, unit of Measures etc. Freelancer must gives new ideas and teach us how to operate the inventory system for a restaurant.

I need FREELANCER do following sample product configuration in your local server in order to AWARD the project.

Example Scenario to create:

PURCHASE: Case of 6 Bottle of DrinkA - Buying from $60

PURCHASE AND SELL: Bottle of DrinkA 75cL - Selling from $20

SELL: Glass of DrinkA 175mL - Selling from $5

SELL: Glass of DrinkA 250mL - Selling from $7.5

I need following tasks;

1. Create RIGHT Unit of measures (buy bottle of drinks, sell with miliLitre, create Burger recipe with BOM etc) for raw items, purchase and sellable products.

2. Creating Suppliers and Link raw items and products to supplier,

3. Creating right internal categories for restaurants,

4. Creating Warehouse and Location (Selfs, bars, kitchen, fridges etc),

5. Find ways to do fastest stock adjustment. (How to do Prepared Chicken or Meat, Half bottle of Wine?)

6. We really like to use as much Barcode as possible including Purchase orders, Receipt Deliveries and Products.

Note: This is NOT development project. It is Technical functional, Setup, Operation and Training project for Odoo 11. RESTAURANT INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE IS MUST.
