Generate Dynamic Image based on simple input

I am looking for a backend developer to create a simple function (Node.js) which returns a BLOB image file.
The input is simple and it represents progress within a process. Input example:
Step | Status
Place Order | Done
Select Technician | Done
Book Appointment | Pending
Perform Maintenance | Pending
Confirm Work Delivered | Pending
Expected output image sketch of this example input is attached.
We refer to the 1st step pending as "Current" because it's the current step needed to be done.
How output image is generated:
* Done steps are represented as a white corner-rounded rectangle with a check mark inside a green circle.
* Current step is represented as a white corner-rounded rectangle with three dots "..." inside a blue circle.
* Pending steps are represented as a white corner-rounded rectangle with time icon and the whole rectangle is greyed out (higher opacity).
* Lines connecting steps (rectangles) are solid if the step on the left is done and dotted if the step on the left is current or pending.
Requirements:
* The function to be developed using Node.js only
* Provide a test function which saves the output image file on disk
* Performance should be super fast to generate the image.
* Generated image to be PNG format.

Hope only apis are needed , i will be using mongoDb for data storage. All the apis will be Restful in nature.
