Build a backend for a file storage service (MVP)

I am looking for a freelancer to develop a backend (MVP) for me. It will be a file storage service for users. The stack of my backend will be : -postgres database supported by hasura. -nodejs & express for the backend logic -Scaleway Object Storage for storage objects -Redis for session management -Stripe for subscription management. nodejs will take care of the following: -Authentication and authorization function that will control the capacity limit of stored files based on the Stripe subscription level. -Archiving the session in redis -Subscription function that creates the user, the path in the object storage and the users of the tape. -Handles the download, upload and stores the metadata of the uploaded file in a user defined table. -webhook stripe I will have free and paid users defined by the storage limit. Hasura will be the entry point for all backends except auth & authorisation all nodejs calls will be made via Hasura action except auth & authorisation. the freelancer can do the same thing in this tutorial for Hasura: [login to view URL] user credentials (user subscription, storage limit, stripe subscription ....) will be stored in postgress and the session in redis. scaleway object storage will store all files and have a bucket with all user separated paths in it. the metadata of the files will be stored in the postgress database. the freelancer can do the same as in this tutorial to configure the access to the user path in the bucket: [login to view URL] the front-end will be developed in view by me but I'm not sure what framework I'm going to use so I want someone who has experience with hasura I am not strict with the architecture except for hasura and postgres.
