Help me install and run a Russian Program on my device

This should be a really simple thing but it's not. I'm trying to install a program to my Windows 10 desktop and Windows server. This program was developed by someone in Ukraine and nearly of the documentation is in Russian. Because of this, I am unable to install this program--it just doesn't work when I try to install. All I need for you to do is to give me working instructions (and maybe a video with some live help) to install AND run this program onto my computer and possibly a remote windows server. That's all I need! This includes setting up administrator access to the Windows command prompt, among other things. You ideally are fluent in Russian and know enough about Windows to get this to work. Experience with Oracle Virtual Box a big plus! After installation, I need your help to confirm that the program is working as intended. This will likely mean several hours of technical support. Please include the words "I'm here to help" in your response, otherwise I'll know you never read my message!

I don't have any Russian language skills but I have plenty of experience working with Windows, Virtual Box(it's my go to VM software) and writing/reverse engineering software.
