I am using a Windows server with Navicat for the MySQL database and EasyPHP for connecting to the MySQL database. I have a Delphi 7 chat program that is supposed to connect to the server via the server IP. I had this all working perfectly fine until I changed servers and now I don't know why it won't connect. I turned off the Firewall and allowed the EasyPHP and program's server .exe in the firewall but neither solved the issue.
