Need a Python developer for our project

About the project:- We are trying to build a graphic based content database website for our users. It includes games, ranking according to games, forums and discussions tab etc We want a Python developer for backend of our project The specifications for our project requirement includes:- 1) Content adding/editing using python, a a web scraper built in Python. 2) We want our python code such that the website may be responsive and low latent. 3) Triggers for our database. 4) Website must be integrated with Api integration, Json and database integration, currently we are using MySql. 5) Website be done with cdn , caching of web pages and load balancing . 6) Website be integrated for Https protocol and ssl support. 7) Inclusion of Rss feed. 8) Login page (low fidely mock design would be provided to you for the same). 9) Code must be abstract in nature with lots of comments, so that we may be able to tweak it later, if required 10) Version of Python used must be 2.7.x because you could get more frameworks and support base and it is much stable version. Although, Frameworks and tools for the backend are your choice, but please mention tools so we could tweak later on if we want to.
