Exporting access database to a mysql db

Hi, With more than 6 years of excessive experience in database migrations working with start ups to big organization like jaguar land rover, O2 ireland and Teradata, I have migrated databases ranging from few gigabytes to terabytes. Solution: Use open source "Talend" to built migrate database from ms access to MYSQL and schedule updates in mysql whenever data is refreshed in ms access. Kindly let me know in case of any question. I have thought about it and some of the things that I would like to know include whether the mysql will be online or running on premises within a LAN. I would also like to know how the data on the access database is changed and how much is changed. If the changes aren't many maybe you would consider to switching over to the mysql database instead of having to sync up 2 databases.
