Build a Database with report writer

I want to build a database that can import Excel and Zip files in multiple forms and sizes. Database must be able to store specific data fields for the same file name, using the multiple forms. All the data must then be accessible using a report writer, that allows the user to setup templates, perform calculations and load formulas. User must be able to monitor file transfer into database. Error reporting includes missing data, formats etc. File sizes up to 500MB. Transfer speed minimum 50MB per minute.
