Astrology Software based on Swiss Ephemeris

I would like to get astrology software developed for myself. Also if possible, would like to get programmer for LONG TERM support and enhancement. This program needs to be based on swiss ephemeris. It has a programmers manual available. This DLL is developed using C/C++. The manual has given sample programs for C/C++ and VB (I know its very old but Microsoft still supports it). The DLL only provides Calculations and no GUI. I need a help for GUI. I need a program developed for myself. I think this is a small program but if you think its medium or may be more then we can discuss it. This program needs various calculations based on Degree:Minutes:Seconds. I have all written various ready formulas to make the calculations and conversion easy. It's just lots of calculations along with look up in various tables (YES table with rows & columns ;-) ) It will be great if programmer had a previous experience to present data along with GUI and can build a software which is efficient and less on resources. I would also need a install-able package built. I can share the details with right candidate who understands Swiss ephemeris DLL functions (so you need to at least go through it before bidding). I started with a concept, listed many specifications and built the basic design which covers front end GUI, DB table details etc. This may need further polishing. Program inputs:= Date, Time, Place (Longitude, Latitude - also known as GPS co-ordinates) Program output:= Various Charts for display. Outputs from many calculations and conversions.
