Django - Move SQL Server dependency code to MySQL and Postgres amazon

Currently I have a django/react project that uses sql server or sqlite of some flavor of microsoft. I need to move all that sql specific to be mysql and postgres without impacting performance.
Right now the database is not large, but in case we do have big data hopefully the code can handle it. When bidding please talk tech to me so I understand you are not a robot bidder and that you know what to do. I am technical, just have no time. If you don't I will not even look at your bid.
This project has long term potential since I have to rewrite some stuff from django to react.js. So please think long term relationship, no cutting and running.
