Write an iPhone application

First of all: Please contact us only via freelancer. Requests from Mail/Skype/Facebook will be ignored. We are looking for one or two freelance dev's or a company for a new mobile project. We don't have Screens yet but a goos specification. What I need ASAP: A rough time and cost estimate. We need to get the OK from the client first. The Budget here on Freelancer is just a starting point. Then if we get the screens and final specification and it is more work we can discuss the budget again of course. Description: The client is hosting a big events and want to show his products. The product is a in-house naviation system to track and analyse workers such as cleaners. With the app you can get some information about the products (static pages) and some News. The News come from a typo3 site (there will be a API for that). Last news should be cached and we need offline handling (some caching and notification). It should also be possible to send notifications via the push api. There will also be 3 views with some media content: one with embed youtube video and 2 with pdfs. We need a pdf viewer here. The other task will be a price game. Works like this: The user installs the app. Then on the event there are some hidden QR-codes (8 pcs). The user searches for one QR-code and scans it. Then he get's the direction for the next QR-code (user scans the QR-code and it shows one view view with some text and images). 8 QR-codes and views in total. In the end after the user found all 8 he get's to a form which he can fill out to win something. - multi language (german / english) - 10 static views - prize game - 5 steps with one view per step (already included with the 10 static views) - in the end of the game there is a form (with offline-handling) - scan QR-code - push notifications - send push notifications to the app - setup certificates & App stores - push-server development - iOS & Android testing - push messages should be send from a typo3 website
