Can you suggest if you need the mobile app of web app? And if it is a mobile app then for what platform? It is actually tricky to provide an estimate on time and cost with limited details as it is important to understand that what is it that is getting rented, what all can be possible categories, for ex. when you see AirBnB there are various categories, like, country, city, type of house, shared/private etc. then there is filter on price range, there are photos, booking, cancellation, ratings, reviews, chat etc. so it is actually a large platform with a custom backend and admin panel and developing a similar app even just for iOS platform is expected to cost in range of $15000 USD as even for mobile app a custom backend with Admin panel and user dashboard on app fronted will be required.
