New android app -- 2

Please read entire brief before bidding! I want to develop an android and ios app to replicate our website [login to view URL] This will be an ongoing project and the coder needs to help with all stages including getting the apps onto the play and app stores. The app will be in 2 parts:- part 1 - user app. Any user can download app and receive offers from local/national suppliers. Users should be able to easily accept or reject offers and choose not to receive any further offers from either the company sending them or the category of offer (i.e. send me no more offers on new cars) User can also choose maximum number of offers to receive each week and the proximity of offers (for example "only show me offers within a 10 mile radius of my location") An instant payment option (PAYPAL ?) will need to be incorporated to allow users to instantly purchase any offer. I envisage the app asking user details when it starts to easily build a profile (e.g. it may say how old are you ?, what gender are you ? etc etc) Part 2 - supplier app This is a seperate app that allows suppliers to send offers to users. They should be able to :- 1. Register their business in the app choosing a suitable category (i.e. hairdresser) 2. Compose offers including adding a photo 3. Choose how many offers to send (i.e. send to 100 people only or maybe send to every user) 4. Restrict how many offers there are (i.e. half price for the first 20 customers ordering from app) 5. Choose what radius to send offer (e.g send to users within 20 miles) 6. Allow scheduling of offer (when it goes out and when it should end) 7. Allow profiling to send to relevent user (e.g. send to females only between the ages of 18 and 30) I will provide more ideas to the selected coder.
